How Buying Works

1

Search the Dealer Network
Search thousands of items to find the exact firearm or accessory you're looking for. Filter by location, manufacturer, and much more. Add items to your wishlist and create listing notifications.

2

Connect with the Dealer
After you find an item you're interested in, click the "Contact Dealer" button. Use the Gun Viper messaging system to negotiate a price and make arrangements for purchase.

3

The Transaction
You will purchase the item directly from the dealer. The dealer may ask you to purchase the item at their location or they may ship the item to an FFL near you.

How you conduct the transaction will depend on your local, state, and federal laws.

Know the Law

Before You Buy a Firearm...
It is your responsibility to know the local, state, and federal laws that apply to you. Gun Viper does not offer legal advice or condone the sale or purchase of any firearm or accessory. Gun Viper does not participate in the transaction between the buyer and seller.

If you have questions regarding the sale or purchase of firearms, we suggest:

  • Call your local police department or sheriff
  • Visit a local firearms store and ask the owner
  • Research local, state, and federal laws online

Check the NRA Website
